Word on the street is that 70 year old Robert Spence Mckay is purchasing firearms for delivery to the Tohono O'odham reservation. Mr. Mckay, known as 'Mac', is partnered with Carlos Vasquez in the limited liability corporation 'Black Rose Tattooers', operating on north 4th avenue in Tucson and east Fry blvd in Sierra Vista. 'Mac' has been said to hire couriers to deliver the firearms, often times enlisting the staff of the tattoo parlor.
