‘El Maxi’, The Only Person Who Allegedly Had permission From La Unión Tepito to ‘Cook’ ‘Tusi’
The man was arrested during the investigations into the murders of Bayron Sánchez Salazar, B-King, and Jorge Luis Herrera Lemos, Regio Clown.
Investigations into the double murder of Colombian singers Bayron Sánchez Salazar, B-King, and Jorge Luis Herrera Lemos, Regio Clown, have so far led to the arrest of 16 suspects, including a man identified as the only person with permission from La Unión Tepito to prepare Tusi in Mexico City.
This individual is Yonier Alexander ‘N’, El Maxi, who is allegedly linked to crimes such as extortion, drug dealing and murder, and is currently being held in a prison in the State of Mexico. MILENIO tells you everything there is to know about the alleged chef of La Unión Tepito.
El Maxi’s Connection to the Colombian Murders
It’s important to remember that the last known sighting of B-King and Regio Clown before their disappearance was when they got into a Mercedes Benz near Polanco. Authorities tracked the vehicle to a property located on Colorines Street, in the El Cayón ranch, in the municipality of Tepetlaoxtoc, State of Mexico.
While authorities were searching the property, El Maxi arrived with two other men and a woman, who questioned the investigators about their presence there.
These individuals were identified as Yuli Catherine ‘N’, Samuel Leonardo ‘N’, and Juan Fernando ‘N’, who—like El Maxi—claimed to be from Colombia.
It was reported that these individuals allegedly belong to an extortion ring operating through predatory lending, using a company called Emprende Coin, with its registered address in Mexico City. Furthermore, they are allegedly linked to drug trafficking (street-level drug dealing) and property theft.
“A witness reported that Emprende Coin’s criminal activities are carried out in the State of Mexico, Mexico City, and Aguascalientes, among other states, through loans ranging from 500 to one million pesos with interest rates and conditions that lead borrowers to default.”
“In addition, in order to grant the loans, they require victims to install their own application on their mobile devices, which allows them to completely control their electronic devices and access their contents, such as photographs, bank accounts, social media use, and real-time movement,” detailed the Attorney General’s Office (FGJ) of the State of Mexico.
The singer ‘B King’ and DJ Regio Clown were found dead in the State of Mexico after having disappeared in Polanco.

What is known about El Maxi?
Following these events, Yonier Alexander ‘N’ and his accomplices were transferred to a prison in the State of Mexico and formally charged for their alleged involvement in extortion.
Authorities are currently searching for another alleged member of this criminal group, identified as Diego ‘N’.
At the property where they were arrested, authorities found banknote counting machines, Colombian passports, identification documents, and records of assets and properties stolen from various victims, as well as narcotics.
It should be noted that the criminal group to which El Maxi allegedly belongs was linked to the murders of B-King and DJ Regio Clown, after witnesses identified Yonier Alexander ‘N’ as the “only person authorized by La Unión Tepito to cook Tusi” in Mexico City.
Tusi is pink cocaine (created with AI).
This is important because the investigation into the Colombians’ murders revealed that B-King arrived in Mexico on September 11th because a group of businessmen and artistic promoters hired him to participate alongside DJ Regio Clown in events called “Sin Censura” (Uncensored), where Tusi and Coco Chanel, drugs of Colombian origin, were allegedly to be sold.
Thus, there could be a connection between Yonier Alexander ‘N’ and La Unión Tepito with the murder of the Colombian singers.
THE FACT
What are “Sin Censura” events?
The shows would feature DJs, singers, and performances with erotic content. The events would attract high-net-worth guests, so various artists would be brought in to promote them, but in reality, it would be a front for selling drugs.
What is Tusi?
According to the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Tusi, better known as pink cocaine, is a mixture of illicit powdered substances that generally produces mind-altering hallucinogenic effects.
Originally, the compound in Tusi was known as 2C-B, a psychedelic phenethylamine that became increasingly difficult to obtain over time. Drug cartels then opted for a cocktail of drugs, which they dyed pink and sold as pink cocaine, characterized by its sweet odor.
The fact that Tusi contains increasingly less 2C-B led the DEA to identify this drug as a combination of illicit substances such as:
Ketamine and MDMA
Methamphetamine, ketamine, and MDMA
Cocaine and fentanyl
Fentanyl and xylazine
However, it is impossible to know for sure what substances pink cocaine contains unless a sample is analyzed.
Tusi is characterized by its pink color, which distinguishes it from other drugs such as methamphetamines or traditional cocaine.
“The distinctive pink color comes from food coloring or colored baking powder,” the DEA states in a report.
Like MDMA or ecstasy, pink cocaine is considered a mind-altering psychedelic drug; however, the effects can vary depending on the substances mixed in by drug dealers, so its use is considered dangerous and can sometimes be fatal.
It has been reported that using Tusi is like playing Russian roulette, as it is an unpredictable mix of substances like ketamine:
“Ketamine abuse, which is widely available as a club drug, can lead to unconsciousness or dangerously labored breathing. This, in turn, increases the potential dangers of pink cocaine,” details a BBC article.
For its part, the DEA warns that each batch of pink cocaine is different; furthermore, each body can react differently to the substances in the cocktail.
Although drug traffickers try to introduce Tusi to the market as a new and eye-catching drug because of its bright pink color, the reality is that this illicit substance has been on the streets for several years, which has allowed for the identification of some long-term effects:
Significant changes in behavior
Disinhibition
Impulsivity
Mood swings
Insomnia
Anxiety
Delusions (psychotic thoughts) and hallucinations
In severe cases, seizures and sudden heart problems
Death
The DEA warns that, given the increase in fentanyl on the streets, the risk of using this drug increases, as it could contain this dangerous chemical. It is estimated that about half of the doses of Tusi trafficked are cocktails of other illicit substances besides 2C-B.
The DEA considers tusi not to be a new drug, but it has become popular due to its low cost.
What is known about Coco Chanel?
An investigation by Anel Tello for MILENIO indicates that, as pink cocaine has gained prominence in the drug market, new names for substances have emerged. Recently, in Colombia, an alert was issued regarding one known as Coco Chanel.
In June, the Colombian magazine Semana published an article introducing the narcotic, which they described as a sandy-looking, ivory-colored powder that “is gaining increasing traction in ‘exclusive spaces frequented by synthetic drug users’ in Medellín.”
An anonymous source consulted by the aforementioned media outlet stated that Coco Chanel was beginning to be sold for between $100 and $120 per two grams. According to the source, the drug is composed of crack, heroin, and Nexus, also known as 2C-B.
Its exclusivity and chemical composition make this substance something “novel” in the market. However, rather than being a new drug, it is a combination of different substances, similar to those previously marketed.
At the time of writing, neither Colombian nor U.S. authorities have further information about Coco Chanel and its popularity within the drug market; nevertheless, its emergence is yet another example of the proliferation of synthetic and dangerous substances occurring in various parts of the world.
